Role Overview:
‍
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist/Therapist to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about patient care and committed to making a difference, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive hygiene treatments to patients
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
• Collaborate with our dental team to deliver high-quality care
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
• Customise courses of non-surgical periodontal therapy to individual patient needs, working within BSP guidelines with dentist support

Qualifications and Experience:

• Hygienist/Therapist qualification is essential
• GDC Registration (required)
• Experience with EMS Workflow is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a busy, fast-paced environment

This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient front desk operations, delivering outstanding patient service, and supporting the practice's overall function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily reception operations
• Lead and manage the reception team
• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule and manage patient appointments using SOE dental software
• Handle patient inquiries in person, on phone and through e mail, and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate with the clinical team

Qualifications and Experience:
