Rachael is our Practice Manager and is responsible for overseeing the business side of the dental practice.
She has worked within the dentistry sector for 12 years and qualified as a Dental Nurse 10 years ago. Rachael progressed into Compliance and worked for DD Group delivering training to practices in the south of England on CPR, Infection Control and Fire Safety. She was also responsible for providing practices with CQC support and carrying out their risk assessments.
Rachael has been with Confidental for 3 years, this move allowed her to be closer to home which means she can spend time with her young son.
